• Ready-made items: Dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom orders: 3-6 weeks depending on embroidery complexity and fabric availability. Timelines are confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping Methods

We use insured courier services with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹10,000: Free shipping within India.
• Orders below ₹10,000: Shipping charges of ₹200-500 depending on location.
• Express delivery available at additional cost.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Tier 2/3 cities: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote areas: 7-12 business days after dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
