Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ready-Made Items

Ready-made poshaks and sarees may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom-made and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has begun. A 50% advance deposit is required to commence work. If you cancel before production starts, the deposit is refundable minus a 10% consultation fee.

Alterations

Minor alterations within 14 days of delivery are complimentary. Major design changes after production begins will incur additional charges.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for ready-made items of equal or higher value within 14 days, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
